Yup, also panics for me (browser version on MacOS, in chrome)
Here is the error in case it helps: Caused by:
In Device::create_bind_group_layout
note: label = `ProgressBarMaterial`
Binding 2 entry is invalid
Features Features(VERTEX_WRITABLE_STORAGE) are required but not enabled on the deviceEdit: Tried the native MacOS version and it crashes on startup :(

I'm sorry the Mac version doesn't work, I removed it from the page.
wgpu panics :(
